Statement from USATF CEO Max Siegel on the clarification of Indiana SB 101
4/3/2015
USA Track & Field appreciates that the Indiana State Legislature and Governor Pence acted swiftly to amend SB 101, providing new measures to help prevent discrimination. As an Indianapolis-based organization, it is important to USATF that the laws of our state are consistent with our organizational values. This issue has brought together leaders in sport, culture, government and business around the country. We must all work together to ensure equality of access and opportunity, now and in the future.
