INDIANAPOLIS – The 2015 USATF Outdoor Championships schedule in Eugene, Oregon is set as TrackTown, USA will play host to the June 25-28 event, USATF announced today.

All-session tickets for the USATF Outdoor Championships will be available online on Friday, Feb. 20. The full competition schedule can be found here.

Athletes will earn spots on 2015 IAAF World Championships team set for August 22-30 in Beijing. Hayward Field will also see athletes earning spots to the NACAC Championships (held August 7-9 in San Jose, Costa Rica.)
 

Last summer marked the first international event held on U.S. soil since 1992, when junior athletes from 167 countries descended on TrackTown USA for the 2014 IAAF World Junior Championships. The six-day event attracted 51,532 fans, and those in attendance were treated to two world junior records and seven championship meet records.

Eugene previously hosted five U.S. Olympic Team Trials, and will do so again in 2016. Hayward Field has played host to 12 NCAA Outdoor Championships and annually hosts standing-room-only crowds for the Nike Prefontaine Classic.

USATF’s Junior Outdoor Championships are June 25-27 at Historic Hayward Field, with the nation’s best 15-to-19-year-olds vying for a chance to represent Team USA at the Pan American Junior Championships, July 31-August 2 in Edmonton, Canada.
