Running achievements I'm most proud of: Silver medal at the 2005 World Cup in Lake Saroma, Japan
Why I run: Too many reasons to list! Primarily, to challenge myself, to be outdoors, and for the adventure
Future Goals: To continue to compete as long as it’s fun and my body will allow me, to tackle more long distance speed records (a la SB6K), and to be competitive at the 24 hour distance
