Packet Pick-up and Declarations

The Registration area will be in the entrance foyer of the UH Baseball Stadium. This also is where the Declaration tables will be located, where all Clerk of Course activity will take place, and where all throwing implements can be turned in to Weights and Measures.

All packet pick-up will take place at the Registration Desk. It will be open from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 3, and from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. August 4-7. Packets will contain the official program, your competition number, meal tickets (if ordered), t-shirt(s) and pin (if ordered), and luau tickets (if ordered).

Declarations

You must declare your intention to participate in each and every event, even though you have registered for that event. No later than one hour before the event is schedule to take place, you must check in with the declaration clerk, thereby declaring your intention to participate in that event. The Declaration Table will be located adjacent to the Registration desk, and will be staffed beginning at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 3, and at 6:30 a.m. each day of the meet. One hour before the scheduled start of each event, declaration sheets for that event will be pulled and turned over to the Seeding Clerk. Once event sheets are pulled, that event is closed to anyone who may have registered but failed to declare.

Relays

Relay forms will be available at the Registration Desk. They must be turned in to the Registration Desk by 10 a.m. Sunday, August 7, properly filled out and with the $40 payment (cash only) for each relay team.
