Facility

Cessna Stadium at Wichita State University boasts a seating capacity of 30,000 and was home to Shocker football until 1986, and is still the venue of the Kansas State High School Track and Field Championship, the Shockers' annual K.T. Woodman Track Classic, as well as several Missouri Valley Conference Track and Field Championship meets.

Tent and Umbrella Policy:

• Team tents are allowed in the south grass end zone and bleachers in the top 1/3 of the east and west stands only.
• Tents and umbrellas may not block the view of other patrons.
• Umbrellas will be allowed. No umbrellas, regardless of size, will be allowed in the seats located in front of the press box.

Allowed inside the stadium:

• Team coolers (subject to search by security personnel).

Not allowed inside the stadium:

• Alcohol
• Smoking
• Glass or metal containers
• Weapons, fireworks, explosives or munitions
• Laser pointers
• Gum on the track or the infield
• Pets
• Skates, skateboards or roller blades
• Grills or other portable cooking units

Parking:

• Free parking is available in and Bus and RV parking is available in designated lots. However, electrical and water connections for RV use are not available.
